on may 3rd, 2025, hosa, goa takes over 49/1 hindustan park in calcutta for a one-day culinary showcase that brings the bold, modern flavours of the south to the city. led by brand chef Harish Rao — known for his refined, modernist approach to south indian cuisine — the five-course set menu will highlight signature dishes such as coconut milk rasam, cracked potatoes with cauliflower mousse, toddy shop prawns, kari dosa with bone marrow hollandaise, and a coconut jasmine dessert. offered as a prix fixe experience, the menu will be served in two seatings each for lunch and dinner.
