STORE POLICY: 

This website is the exclusive property of Confetti Exports Pvt. Ltd., and Sienna Store and Cafe is a registered trademark under the jurisdiction of Confetti Exports Private Limited.
Taxes and Shipping are calculated at checkout by our shipping partner and the same shall be applicable on all orders separately.

RETURN POLICY:

1. At Sienna, all our products are handmade by expert karigars/artisans/craftspeople working from Shantiniketan, Calcutta and various smaller districts all across West Bengal. They have been associated with the craft for more than 3 generations. Please note that minor variations in color and size are inherent in handmade items and are not considered defects. Instead, we view them as distinctive traits, adding character and enhancing the unique beauty of each product. 


2. A purchased product can be returned by customers if it has a manufacturing defect or if a product different from what was ordered is received.
Return and exchange of purchased products excluding ceramics are possible within 7 working days from the delivery date, as long as it is unused and in its original condition with all tags. However, you shall have to pay for shipping, and only store credit for the return shall be provided. No cash or bank transfers will be given. The store credits are valid for 1 month, and after that, they expire. 
If there's a manufacturing defect or you receive a different product than what you ordered, let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Complaints post this designated timeline shall not be entertained.


3. If the product is defective or not what you ordered, we'll arrange a free pick up from your address.


4. Upon receiving the defective or different product, we'll conduct a quality check and help you with an update regarding the same within 7 days.
Depending on our quality check, if we have the product in stock, we'll replace the defective one. If not, we'll refund your account for the invoice value using the same payment method you used to order. We'll start the replacement or refund process right after finishing the quality check.


5. Settlement of any disputes or differences related to manufacturing defects or return policy is completely subject to decisions made by us and it will be made keeping in mind the best interest of the buyer.
To cancel an order, please email us at care@siennastore.com within 24 hours of placing it.


Delivery Policy:


1. The products will be dispatched through a third-party courier to the customer's address provided during checkout.


2. We'll provide an invoice with each transaction, ensuring a secure delivery along with your product.


3. Shipping costs vary based on the type, quantity, and delivery location of the goods and are not inclusive of the MRP of the products. These costs will be communicated alongside the product prices during checkout on the website based on the type of the product.

4. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs, except for locations eligible for free shipping. You will be informed of this during checkout. We exclusively use registered courier companies for both domestic and international deliveries. 

5. Duties, taxes and other levies for international orders shall be charged over and above any shipping and handling costs. The same shall be payable by the customer as per applicable laws. 

6. The tracking number for the shipped products shall be shared with you upon shipment of the product. 

7. The Delivery partner will make 3 attempts to deliver the product before considering it Returned. We won't be responsible if the address is incorrect or no one is available during the delivery attempts. To facilitate communication, please provide your working mobile number. If a return occurs due to failed delivery, you'll need to cover the shipping charge during your next order.

8. All major debit and credit cards are accepted as Modes of Payment. There is no option of cash on delivery.

1. Please be assured that your information is secure with us and will not be disclosed to any third parties. 

2. We strictly adhere to a no-spam policy, and only individuals who have subscribed will receive emails informing them of new launches and exclusive early bird offers. It is important to note that Sienna does not request payments without providing receipts, ensuring transparency and trust in our transactions.
